George, IA Sena Rustman, age 98 of George, IA died Wednesday, June 9, 2010 at the George Community Good Samaritan Center at George, IA. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, June 14, 2010 at Ebenezer Presbyterian Church at George, IA with Rev. Paul Fischer, officiating. Burial will follow in the Evergreen Lawn Cemetery at George. Visitation will be Sunday from 2:00 " 8:00 p.m. with the family present from 6:00 " 8:00 p.m. at the Jurrens Funeral Home of George. Sena Winnie Rustman was born December 9, 1911, at George, IA the son of Henry and Anna (Modder) Stubbe. Sena grew up on a farm southwest of George, IA and attended country. On February 27, 1934, she was united in marriage to Albert Rustman. They made their home on farms in Tyler, MN and later in George, IA. During her life she worked at the Creamery in George, the Council Oak Store, grocery store, White Shop and cleaned at the George State Bank and also at church. Sena was a member of the Ebenezer Presbyterian Church in George. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, crocheting and long walks. On February 7, 1976, Senas husband, Albert died. Sena remained living in their home until she became a resident of the George Good Samaritan Center in George on March 26, 2007. This past Wednesday, June 9, 2010, Sena died at the George Good Samaritan Center in George at the age of ninety-eight. She is survived by her daughter, Ethel Kruger of Sibley; five grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren and fifteen great-great grandchildren. Sena was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Albert; daughters, Albertha June and Marlys Jean Curtis and on son-in-law, Richard Kruger.
