Sharon L. Kramer

FUNERAL NOTICE: Rock Rapids, IA Sharon Kramer, age 62 of Rock Rapids, IA died Thursday, November 16, 2006, at Sioux Valley Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD. Private memorial graveside services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, November 18th, at Riverview Cemetery in Rock Rapids with Pastor Keith Vik, officiating. Roste Funeral Home of Rock Rapids is in charge of arrangement. Sharon Lee Kramer was born July 27, 1944 at Long Beach, CA the daughter of Marvin and Clara (Hartman) Irwin. Sharon graduated from McClane High School in Fresno, CA and continued her education at Fresno City College, graduating with a accounting degree. She was united in marriage to Leonard Kramer on April 15, 1976, at Larchwood, IA. They made their home at Larchwood for two years before moving to Rock Rapids. In 1984, they moved to California until 1997 when they moved back to Rock Rapids. Sharon enjoyed crocheting, sewing, tatting and playing bingo, she loved playing with her puppy, Snickers. She and Leonard enjoyed traveling to many of the states. Sharon also spent many hours tracking her heritage. This past Thursday afternoon, November 16, 2006, Sharon died at Sioux Valley Hospital at the age of sixty-two. She is survived by her husband, Leonard of Rock Rapids; one son, Jerry Kramer of Atlanta, GA; two daughters, Tonia Milton of Watkinsville, GA; and Machelle and her husband, Randy Bothwell of Sioux Falls, SD; along with six grandchildren and one brother. Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, Marvin and Clara.
