Hospers, Iowa Gavin Rylee Huisman, 3 week old infant son of Brian Huisman and Marla Luitjens of Hospers, IA died November 12, 2008, at Sanford Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD. Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. Saturday, November 15, 2008 at Hope Reformed Church of George, IA with Rev. David Vander Laan, officiating. Burial will follow in the Hope Reformed Church Cemetery at George. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at church. Gavin Rylee Huisman was born October 17, 2008, at Sioux Falls, SD the son of Brian Huisman and Marla Luitjens. Gavin died this past Wednesday, November 12, 2008, at Sanford Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD at three weeks of age. He is survived by his parents, Brian Huisman and Marla Luitjens of Hospers, IA; two siblings, Brandon Huisman of Orange City, IA; and Angel Huisman of Hospers, IA; paternal grandparents, Ken and LaDonna Huisman of Orange City, IA; maternal grandmother, Beverly Luitjens of Rock Rapids, IA; paternal great grandmother, Johanna Van Klompenburg of Orange City, IA; along with many aunts, uncles and cousins. Gavin was preceded in death by his brother, Kayden; his maternal grandfather, Marlyn Luitjens; maternal great grandparents, Raymond and Reka Luitjens; and Ed and Gert Broesder; paternal great grandparents, Herbert and Jessie Huisman; and William Van Klompenburg.
