Elizabeth T. Wiggins

Rock Rapids, Iowa Elizabeth Wiggins, age 83 of Rock Rapids, IA died Wednesday, September 19, 2007 at the Merrill Pioneer Community Hospital in Rock Rapids. Funeral service will be 10:30 AM, Saturday, Sept. 22nd at the Roste Funeral Home of Rock Rapids, with Rev. Gary Hansen officiating. Burial will follow at the Riverview Cemetery in Rock Rapids. Visitation will be 9:00 AM, Saturday morning, until the hour of service at the Roste Funeral Home. Elizabeth Wiggins, daughter of John and Katherine Van Horn Timmerman, was born April 7, 1924 in Lyon County, Iowa. She was united in marriage to Bruce Wiggins on October 17, 1942. She is survived by two sons, Gary L. Wiggins of Des Moines, IA and James H. Wiggins of Medford, OR; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two sisters Nellie Pals of Fulda, MN and Dora Groen of Rock Rapids, IA; one brother, John and wife, Gusta Timmerman of George, IA; sister-in-law, Betty Timmerman of Rock Rapids, IA; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of 33 years, Bruce Wiggins; a daughter, Sandra Dougan; parents; and one brother, Wilbur Timmerman.
