Lauren Grace Nelson, newborn daughter of Michelle and Jeff Nelson, of Larchwood, IA was born and died Feb. 26, 2008 at Sanford Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD. Private family funeral will take place in Lester, IA on Fri. Feb. 29th at Seeds Of Faith United Methodist Church with Rev. Don Nelson officiating. Private family burial will be at the Clare Cemetery in Flandreau, SD. Public visitation will be from 2 " 8 p.m. on Thurs. Feb. 28th with family present from 6 " 8 p.m. and a prayer service at 7 p.m. at the Seeds Of Faith United Methodist Church in Lester, IA. Lauren Grace Nelson, beloved daughter of Jeff and Michelle Nelson, was born into heaven at 5:16 a.m. Tuesday February 26, dueto a cord accident. Our beautiful girl was 9 lbs. 1oz and 21 1/2 inches long. Little did we know that morning, God was going to call your name, in life we loved you dearly, in death we do the same. It broke our hearts to lose you, you did not go alone, for part of us went with you, the dayGod called you home. You left us beautiful memories, your love isstill our guide, andthough we cannot see you, you are always by our side. Our family chain is broken, and nothing seems the same,but as God calls us one by one, the chain will link again. We knowGrandpa is rocking youuntil ourchain is complete. Lauren is survived by her parents; her grandparents Rick and Connie LaLonde of Flandreau, SD and Richard and Marge Nelson of Wausa, NE; Aunts and Uncles, Jennifer (Mark) Wemhoff of Lincoln, NE, Jason (April) Beyer and their daughter Taya of Dell Rapids, SD, Nathan (Jen) Beyer of Sibley, IA, Ryan Beyer of Ann Arbor, MI, Lance (Jen) LaLonde of Black Hawk, SD, Nathan LaLonde of Vermillion, SD, Jordan LaLonde of Sioux Falls, SD and Bethany (Nathan) Jaqua of Sioux Falls, SD; Great-Grandparents, Betty Beyer of Flandreau, SD, Caroline Veldkamp of Dell Rapids, SD, Verna LaLonde of Flandreau, SD and Lillian Schultz of Wausa, NE Lauren was preceded in death by her Grandfather Ron Beyer; Great-Grandfather Art Beyer, Great-Grandfather Mike Veldkamp, Great-Grandfather Ellis LaLonde, Great-Grandfather Glen Schultz and Great-Grandparents Vernon and Lillian Nelson.
