Sibley, Iowa Jane F. Croatt, age 84 of Sibley, IA died Tuesday, March 17, 2015 at the Osceola Community Hospital in Sibley, IA. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 AM, Saturday, March 21, 2015 at St. Andrew's Catholic Church in Sibley, Iowa, with Father Allan Reicks as celebrant. Burial will follow in the St. Andrew's Catholic Cemetery in Sibley, IA. Visitation will be Friday, March 20th from 2:00 to 8:00 PM, with family present from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at the Jurrens Funeral Home of Sibley, IA. There will be a Rosary at 5:00 PM and a Vigil service at 6:30 PM at the Jurrens Funeral Home on Friday evening. Jane Frances Croatt was born on February 20, 1931 in Granville, IA, the daughter of Arthur and Clara (Bunkers) Full. She and her family lived in Granville until Jane went into the fourth grade and then they moved to Alton, IA. Jane attended and later graduated from St. Mary's Academy in Alton. On November 27, 1951, Jane was united in marriage to David Joseph Croatt in Alton, IA. After their marriage they lived in Hospers, IA, Gary, SD and since 1963 they have lived in Sibley, IA. To this union ten children were born: Dennis, Connie, Daniel, Julie, Nick, Margie, Rich, Bob, Bill and Nancee. Jane was a very dedicated worker, as a nursing assistant for twenty-three years at the Sibley Care Center. She was a member of St. Andrew's Catholic Church. Jane loved to have friends over for coffee and goodies. She loved to cook, play cards, travel and especially spend time with her family. Jane is survived by her husband of sixty-three years, David Croatt of Sibley, IA; nine children: Connie (Joel) Marco of Little Rock, IA, Daniel (Sandy) Croatt of Worthington, IA, Julie (Pat) Eddy of Sibley, IA, Nick (Val) Croatt of Sibley, IA, Margie (John) Stevens of Hastings, MN, Rich (Carla) Croatt of Sibley, IA, Bob (Maria) Croatt of Sibley, IA, Bill (Dawn) Croatt of Canton, SD and Nancee (Neal) Wozney of Arcadia, WI; twenty-seven grandchildren and twenty-five great-grandchildren; one sister, Inez Reichle of Orange City, IA; and many nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by seven brothers, Ferd, Ray, Jim, Ivo, Mark, Arthur and Alvin Full; one sister, Barb Langenhorst; son, Dennis Croatt; daughter-in-law, Mary (Shea) Croatt; and one granddaughter, Paige Croatt.
