Sibley, IA Shelley F. Kress, 51, of Sibley, IA passed away Tuesday, Oct 20, 2015 at Osceola Community Hospital. Jurrens Funeral Home in Sibley, IA is taking care of arrangements and she will be placed with her father and mother in Linwood Cemetery in Dubuque, IA. No services will be held. Shelley Fay Kress was born on July 11, 1964, in East Dubuque, IL to Howard Sr. and Lois (Larsen) Eastman. She lived in the Dubuque area where she met her future husband Richard P. Kress. They were united in marriage on May 19, 1984 and lived in Pioneer Acres East Dubuque, IL until they moved to Worthington, MN in1989. They moved to Sibley, IA in 1990. Shelley stayed busy raising her two daughters. She enjoyed cooking and baking, camping, fishing, and arts and crafts. Her real passion was loving and caring for her children and grandchildren. Those left to cherish Shelley's memory include her husband of 31 years, Rick Kress, and her two daughters, April Kress of Sibley, IA, and Angela (Rock) Campbell of Spencer, IA; her beloved grandchildren: William Sik, Brody Campbell, and Evelyn Roberts; sister, Ellen Shipe, brothers: Howard and Jim (Mary) Eastman from Maryland; and many nephews and nieces including her godchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Howard Sr. and Lois Eastman, brother, Michael Eastman and sister, Linda (Eastman) Daughtee.
