Sibley, IA Lynn Wills age 75 of Sibley, IA died Sunday, April 30, 2017 at the Sibley Specialty Care in Sibley, IA. Funeral service will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 3, 2017 at First Presbyterian Church in Sibley with Reverend Terry Simm officiating. Burial will follow in the Holman Township Cemetery of Sibley, IA. Visitation will be Tuesday, May 2nd from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m., with family present from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Jurrens Funeral Home of Sibley. Lynn John Wills was born the youngest of triplet boys on February 5, 1942 in Sibley, IA, the son of Logan and Winnie (Kruse) Wills. He grew up on a farm near Sibley and attended country school. On April 6, 1965, Lynn was united in marriage to Gloria Buss at the Salem Reformed Church in Little Rock, IA. To this union four children were born: John, Jackie, Jodie and Janet. Lynn and Gloria made their home in Sibley and have lived here ever since. Lynn worked for the DOT from 1972 until 1986 and then as a truck driver working for several trucking companies in the area. Lynn enjoyed watching old TV shows and RFD TV. He also loved their bus trips to Branson, MO and just seeing the country. Lynn is survived by his wife of fifty-two years, Gloria Wills of Sibley, IA; four children: John (Cami) Wills of Spirit Lake, IA, Jackie (Steve) Kannegieter of Sibley, IA, Jodie (Jim) Jordan of Onawa, IA and Janet Wills of Dayton, IA; six grandchildren: Mariah, Jacob, Madison, Yolonda, Wes and Seth; four siblings: Delbert (Frances) Wills of Sibley, IA, Dorothy Schilling of Denver, CO, Marlys (Alvin) Jurrens of Sibley, IA, Lorn (Joan) Wills of Sanborn, IA; sister-in-law, Sharon Wills of Sheldon, IA; and numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Logan and Winnie Wills; two brothers, Russell and Lyle Wills.
