NOTICE: Hills, MN Matthew Feucht age 35 of New Ulm, MN formerly of Hills, MN died Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at at his home in New Ulm, MN. Private funeral service will be held to honor Matthew’s life at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Hills, MN, with Rev. Maggie Berndt – Dreyer, officiating. Burial will follow at Bethlehem Lutheran Cemetery at Hills, MN. Public visitation will be Sunday, November 19th from 2:00 to 8:00 PM, with his family present from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Jurrens Funeral Home of Hills. Matthew Lee Feucht was born April 6, 1982 in Luverne, Minnesota, the son of Ronald L. and Sandra J. (Leuthold) Feucht. He was raised in Hills, MN and graduated from Hills-Beaver Creek High School in 2000. After his education, he began working at Northwest Concrete Cutters in Sioux Falls, SD. He moved to Winthrop, MN and worked for Penhall Concrete in Minneapolis. Matthew was married to Sarah Trebesch on September 22, 2007 in Sleepy Eye, MN. They lived by Winthrop and were blessed with two sons, Wyatt (9) and Ethan (6). Later, he began working at The Concrete Cutter in Le Sueur, MN. Matthew was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Winthrop, MN and was active with various church functions. He enjoyed woodworking, home remodeling projects, fishing and spending time with his boys. His family will remember Matthew as a caring and kind person that enjoyed conversations with family and friends. He is survived by his two sons, Wyatt Lee Feucht and Ethan William Feucht of Sleepy Eye, MN; his parents, Ronald and Sandra Feucht of Hills, MN; maternal grandmother, Estelle Leuthold of Hills, MN; five siblings, Randy (wife, Jody) Feucht of Brookings, SD, Kim (husband, Derrick Flier of Brandon, SD, Amy (husband, Lynn) Mogler of West Bend, IA, Michelle (husband, Dustin) Knobloch of Lester, IA, and Melinda (husband, Andrei) Rubaniuk of Redmond, WA; sixteen nieces and nephews; many aunts, uncles and other extended family. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Alvin Leuthold and paternal grandparents, Emil and Ruby Feucht.
