     Bernita Andringa age 77, of Sheldon, Iowa, died Monday, February 27, 2023, at her home in Sheldon, Iowa.

     Graveside service were held at 9:00 AM, Friday, March 3, 2023, at East Lawn Cemetery in Sheldon, Iowa, with Pastor Jesse Walhof, officiating.

     Bernita Kay (Tammes) Andringa was born on April 25, 1945, the daughter of Alida (Tammes) and Joe H. Kroese. She attended Sheldon Community Schools in Sheldon, Iowa, and graduated from Sioux Valley Nursing School in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. She was united in marriage to Arthur Andringa on October 13, 1966 and they made their home in Sheldon, Iowa.

     She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Arthur Andringa of Sheldon, Iowa and their daughter, Kelly Andringa of Iowa City, Iowa.
