Brad Lemke

Brad was born on March 12, 1958, in Le Mars, Iowa, to Louie and Carol Lemke. He attended Sibley High School and from there NICC to obtain a certificate in auto body repair.  On July 30, 1983, he was married to Phyllis Wilson, the couple later divorced.  Brad spent most of his life doing concrete work, most recently employed by Sudenga Industries in George, IA.  He enjoyed all kinds of sports; racing, basketball, football.  His favorite teams were the Miami Dolphins, Oklahoma Sooners, and the Baltimore Orioles. He coached both of his sons growing up in baseball and basketball.  

Brad is survived by his sons Justin Lemke and his daughter Bridget of Miami, OK and Chad (Beth) Lemke and their children, Chad Jr. (CJ) and Parker of Raleigh, NC; father Louie Lemke of Sibley, sisters Val VanRoekel of Waterloo, Beth Alford of Sibley, brothers Steve (Diana) Lemke of Omaha, NE, Carl Lemke of Fort Madison, Tom (Lucinda) Lemke of Sibley, Terry (Crystal) Lemke of Globe, AZ, and Larry Lemke of Sibley and many nieces and nephews.  

He was preceded in death by his mother, Carol Lemke; brother Mark; niece Nikki; and nephew Cory.
