Cory De Noble

NOTICE: Sibley, IA  

     Cory DeNoble age 47 of Ocheyedan, IA died Wednesday, January 27, 2021 resulting from health challenges at his home in Ocheyedan, IA.

     Services will take place at a later date.

     Cory DeNoble was born August 20, 1973 in Rock Rapids, IA to Cornelius and Lela (Schulte) DeNoble. He was raised in Sibley and graduated from Sibley High School. On June 10, 1992 he was united in marriage to Tara (Winter) DeNoble. To this union four children were born.

     Cory worked for most of his life as a mechanic. Firstly, on cars but later on agricultural equipment where he found a liking working on tractors. He owned Bent Rods, a mechanic business he operated in both Lennox, SD and Melvin, IA.

     He enjoyed hunting, fishing, model trains, drag racing, as well as softball. He was an exceptional artist and drew many things that will become family heirlooms.

     Cory is survived by his daughter, Arrielle (Austin) Scheibler of Dell Rapids, SD and their children, Dawson, Daxton, Evelyn and Madelyn; son Christopher DeNoble of Sioux Falls, SD and his son, Colter; daughters, Joesy DeNoble of Sioux Falls, SD and Liberty DeNoble of Sibley, IA; mother, Lela DeNoble of Weslaco, TX; sister, Karla Wise of Rogers, AR; brothers, Jerry (Sherri) DeNoble of Spirit Lake, IA and Todd DeNoble of Cedar Rapids, IA; nephew, Brandon Wise of Rogers, AR; niece, Jacinda Johnson of Rogers, AR; and other extended family members.

     He was preceded in death by his father, Cornelius DeNoble; daughter, Mercedes DeNoble.
