     Doris Hoffman age 61 of Sibley, Iowa died Monday, February 1, 2021 at Osceola Regional Health Center in Sibley, Iowa.

     Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 10:30 AM, Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at St. Andrews Catholic Church in Sibley, Iowa.  Burial will follow in the St. Andrews Cemetery in Sibley.  There will be a livestream link available to view the service at www.jurrensfuneralhome.com.

     A Rosary service will take place Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at 4:00 PM followed by visitation from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM at Jurrens Funeral Home in Sibley.

     Masks will be required and social distancing guidelines will be followed.

     Doris Kay Hoffman was born January 29, 1960 in Sheldon, Iowa, to Dale and Mary Jean (Voss) Krogman. She was raised on a farm north of Sibley and attended St. Andrews Catholic School through 4^th grade and graduated from Sibley High School.

     She was united in marriage to Dennis Hoffman on April 21, 1979 at St. Andrews Catholic Church. They started farming near Melvin, IA and in 1993 the family moved to Sibley where they continued to farm and raise their three children. Above all, faith and family came first for Doris. She was active in her church, a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother. She shared her love through the time she spent with her family and through her wonderful cooking. She also loved to travel, spend time outdoors biking and was a huge Iowa State Cyclones fan. Doris spent her working career in banking and was a well known and loved member of the community.

     Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of 41 years, Dennis; three children, Nicholas (Jordan) Hoffman of Birmingham, AL, Adam (Chrissie) Hoffman of Maple Grove, MN and Derrick Hoffman of Sibley, IA; three grandchildren, Samuel (Nicholas), George and Theodore (Adam); eight siblings, David (Sherlene) Krogman of George, IA, Donald (Rebecca) Krogman of Sibey, IA, Jane Krogman of Sibley, IA, Jarold (Donna) Krogman of Spencer, IA, Harold (Sue) Krogman of Sibley, IA, Joyce (Craig) Julius of Bigelow, MN, John (Melanie) Krogman of San Diego, CA and Dale (Kristin) Krogman of Victoria, MN; and many nieces, nephews and other extended family.

     She was preceded in death by her parents, Dale and Mary Jean Krogman; and her Goddaughter, Lora Krogman.
