Glenda Finch

   Glenda Finch age 73 of Larchwood, Ia. passed away peacefully with family by her side on Friday, July 21, 2023.

     Glenda was born to Case and Pauline (Breeman) VerMeer of Rock Rapids, IA August 13, 1949. She was married to Robert Finch of Spencer, IA from Nov. 1, 1968 until his passing in Nov 1981.They resided in Lyon County Iowa. Glenda worked as a bartender in many bar and grills across Lyon County where she made many friends. Together they had four children. Stacie Oestreich of Hartford, SD, Marcus Finch of Inwood, IA, Missy (Brandon) Vanhorn of Larchwood, IA, and Shawn (Sandy) Finch of Mexico, IA. She had five biological grandchildren, Aj, Cody, Derrick, Sami and Colton and many extended grandkids and great grandkids. Her family was her greatest joy.

   She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, four brothers and her beloved dog. She has one surviving sister, brother and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

   Celebration of Life with family present will be held Sunday, Aug. 13th, 23 1pm - 4pm at the SportsCenter in Larchwood, IA.
