Janet Eileen Huls

     Janet Huls age 66 of Sibley, Iowa died Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at her home in Sibley.

    There will be no services.

     Janet Eileen Huls was born on June 6, 1954 in Adrian, MN, the daughter of Edward and Eleanor (Haseborg) Freimuth.  She grew up in Lismore, MN and attended school in Adrian, MN, where she later graduated in 1972. 

     On June 6, 1973, she was united in marriage to James Huls in Rushmore, MN.  To this union two daughters were born, Cheryl and Connie. 

     Janet worked for Coveris for twenty-six years and after retiring she worked part-time for Sibley Super Foods.

     She loved to go camping and spending time with her family. She loved watching her grandchildren in all their activities.  She also loved her two dogs.

     Janet is survived by her two children, Cheryl (John Conlan) Meinders of Sibley, IA and Connie (Cory) Bosma of Sibley, IA; five grandchildren, Brady and Allyson Meinders and Cari, Kinsey and Koby Bosma; five siblings, Gladys Lais of Worthington, MN, Robert (Sharon) Freimuth of Sioux Falls, SD, Louis Freimuth of Worthington, MN, Carol Freimuth of Spencer, IA and Dale (Vicki) Freimuth of Monticello, IN; and many nieces, nephews and other extended family.

     She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James; and brother, Alvin Freimuth.
