Judy Ann Schneiderman

     Judy Ann Schneiderman, age 68, passed away on May 5, 2024, at her home in Sioux City, Iowa.

     A private family service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, May 10, 2024, at the Jurrens Funeral Home in George, Iowa.  Burial will follow at the First Baptist Church Cemetery with Pastor Jesse Sterke officiating.  A later celebration of life will be held in Sioux City, Iowa.

     Judy Ann Schneiderman, the daughter of Helmer and Gertrude Schneiderman of George, was born on June 20, 1955.  Physically and cognitively disabled from birth, Judy lived for decades in Park View Homes in Sioux City, Iowa.  Judy’s life, though marked by special needs, was a testament to the human spirit.  Quick to laugh at something silly, she will be remembered for her love of family visits, enjoyment of sweets and games and her special relationships with Park View residents and staff.  A heartfelt thank you to the caring staff (angels) of Mid-Step Services.  Judy is survived by siblings: Harold (JoAnn) Schneiderman, Richard (Judy) Schneiderman, JoAnne McKim, Glenda (Art) Lorenz and sister-in-law Gwen Schneiderman.

     Preceded in death by parents, Helmer and Gertrude Schneiderman, sister Hilda Fick and brother-in-law Don Fick, brothers Kriene and Tony Schneiderman and brother-in-law Dana McKim and niece Jolene Schneiderman.
