     Marth Kruse age 104 of Ellsworth, MN, died Friday, January 3, 2025, at Parkview Manor in Ellsworth, MN. 

     Funeral service will be 11:00 AM, Tuesday, January 7th at Bethel Reformed Church rural Little Rock, IA. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. 

     Visitation will be Tuesday from 10 AM until the hour of service at Bethel Reformed Church, rural Little Rock, IA. 

     Jurrens Funeral Home of Rock Rapids is handling arrangements. 

     Martha Kruse was born December 26, 1920 in Simonswolde, Germany to Uffe and Tallke (Kwinkensteen) Kruse. She was baptized in the Reformed Church in Simonswolde. She came to this country with her parents in 1930 and received her education in country school. 

     She was a homemaker and a member of the Bethel Reformed Church, in rural Ellsworth, MN. Martha enjoyed being involved with all kinds of church activities, sewing, and puzzles. She especially enjoyed traveling back to Germany. 

     Martha is survived by a nephew, Martin (Grete) Kruse of Simonswolde, Germany; Robert Rolfes of Sibley, IA; and other extended family members. 

     She was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers, Jacob, John, George and infant brother; four sisters, Henrietta Kruse, Agnes Hinrichs, Grace Kruse, and infant sister.
