     Scott Bechler, age 60 of Ida Grove, IA died on Friday, September 13, 2019 at Southridge Healthcare in Sioux Falls, SD.

     There will be a memorial visitation on Saturday, September 21^st from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the Jurrens Funeral Home in Rock Rapids, IA.

   Scott Leon Bechler was born on August 14, 1959 Rock Rapids, IA, the son of Leo Sr. and Evelyn (Schol) Bechler. He grew up in the George area and attended school there. Scott lived various places throughout his life and most recently lived in Ida Grove, IA. He drove truck most of his life and his hobbies included playing the guitar, Ham Radio operator and loved old time country music. He will be greatly missed.

     Scott is survived by siblings: Leo Jr. (Pam) Bechler of George, IA, Danny (Christine) Bechler of Sibley, IA, Richard Bechler of Little Rock, IA, Jerry (Carol) Bechler of Bufflo Center, IA, Sharon (John) Pap of Rock Rapids, IA, and many step brothers and sisters; many nieces, nephews and other extended family.

     He was preceded in death by his parents, Leo Sr. and Evelyn Bechler; stepmother, Betty Bechler; three brothers, Lorne Bechler, Kenny Bechler and William Bechler.
