Stanley Kix

Stanley Kix, age 81, resident of Tishomingo, Mississippi, passed away on Friday, March 10, 2023 in Columbia, Tennessee.

A graveside service will take place 10:00 AM Saturday, May 27, 2023 at Evergreen Lawn Cemetery with Pastor Sean Mustian, officiating.

Stanley was born June 24, 1941 in Iowa and was the son of the late Henry Kix and the late Ida Mae Speaker Kix.  He was a self-employed contractor who loved to work and also enjoyed life to the fullest, always having a good time.  He will be missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his children, Yoland (Tammy) Kix of Centerville, TN, Holly Kix of Columbia, TN and Tishomingo, MS,  James (Karyn) Kix of Murfreesboro, TN, and  Karrol (Mark) Barnes of Tishomingo, MS; brother, Larry (Linda) Kix of Rock Rapids, Iowa; ten grandchildren, and fourteen great grandchildren.

Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his daughter, Rachel and siblings, Frederick, Harold, Verna, Mavis, and Evelyn.
